Hi there.
I am looking at two different 2002 Frontier Crew Cab Long Beds...
One is local, one from a relative out west.
The relative says hers is an XE model, with power everything and leather.
The local guy's is an SE, I don't think it is leather.
Anyway, can anyone tell me what the difference between the two trucks is?
I can't find anything on the internet the clears it up for me.
Thanks, in advance, for any assistance you can give.
Luke

Biggest difference is that the XE is a 4 banger and the SE is a V6.
EDIT > Never mind... I guess back then you could get a V6 an an option in an XE, unlike the current gen.

Other than checking auto vs. manual, they're just base trim levels. Since the XE is optioned out and both have the V6, they sound the same except the leather. Maybe check the sound systems since there was an upgraded Rockford Fosgate system as an option.
Also, a quick Google search revealed this: http://www.nissanhelp.com/Models/2002/Frontier/Description.h tm

He is looking at a first Gen (2002), the trim levels and options were somewhat different. Back then it was XE, SE and S/C, S/C being supercharged. And XE could have more upgrades than we can on the current gen (ie a V6).
