If you want them to be as close to accurate as possible.  Or you can figure out the difference, and just drive slower.

Just put in the stock diameter, the new diameter, and speed say 55 mph.  It will show you what you're actually doing when you speedo says 55 with the bigger tire.

If you are able to come up with a way to adjust the speedometer, please let
me know, as I would love to put bigger tires on my truck but have held off
because the dealer is no help and I don't know of any programmers that will
work on my truck...

I should clarify that I have an 05, if you have an earlier model, then you may
not have the same issues I do...

On the 05 and up Frontier the speedometer gets its signal from the antilock brakes.  The wheel encoder used to detect wheelspin is used to compute speed for the electronic speedometer

Just a question, but does the larger tires affect the abs as well?  I was told by a local tire dealer I would have to concern myself with that as well as the speedometer and also the tire pressure sensor.
