I just installed the Monster exhaust from Banks Performance on my 06 SE KC 4X4.  It is a lot quieter then I thought it would be, for being a straight through muffler you can't even tell at idle.  But you can definitely hear it going down the road.  It is a little pricy, but east to install.  Me and a friend did it in about 45 min.  You can find it at www.bankspower.com, it is on the left side of the home page.  I want to get an air intake next but I don't know which to go with K&N or airraid.  Any thoughts let me know....thanks

have you noticed any loss of torque with the exhaust or do you feel your performance has improved, as far as intake systems go, a couple people in another thread here indicated they like their volant CAI, and i've been interested in the AEM Brute Force intake because it has a dry filter element that doesn't require oil and is also reusable and their site has links to outside testing data against competitors filter elements which I found interesting

I have not noticed a loss in power, to me it feels faster now.  More so at higher RMP's then down low.  As far as the intakes i've never looked at the AEM. but I will.  On the Airraid site they claim that their system on the new fronty produced an extra 15 hp and 13 ftlbs of torque on the dyno at the wheels.

I've decided to go with the AEM Brute Force myself, I may have it installed by the middle of next week, I will post some pics and comments about it when I get it done.
