I have a 2004 Frontier Quad cab V6 SE. Whenever I cut the wheel all the way to either side, mainly when parking, I hear a popping sound. It pops more than once until I straighten the wheels out. I am assuming that this is a bearing issue, but not sure. Anyone have any ideas? We had a 1994 Grand Cherokee that did the same thing, but it had 100+k miles on it, my Fontier only has 46,000. What could be the problem?!?!?! Thanks for the help!

Could be quite a few things. Bearings, tie rods, ball joints.

Try putting some Grease on the Front and rear bumpstops
