Hello,
Just got a 2016 this past week. So far I love it, but as I
drive I may have some minor questions! I already found the
answer to one!

Umbrella,
Be sure to read the Owner's Manual and keep up with the
Preventative Maintenance.
Good Luck,

Umbrella,
I don't have anything to offer about Slow Window Motion.
I personally would take it to Nissan and see what they
say.
I drove my 1st Nissan Truck for 20 year's ~ '93 King Cab,
2.4L, AT, 2wd. Bought it New and After I got my 2013,
sold the '93. The '13 is only the 2nd Auto, that I've
ever had with Electric Window's. I had a '65 Cadilac
that I bought used about 50 year's ago, and I had trouble
with one or 2 of those window's going up or down as I
remember.
If you plan on keeping your '16 for a long time,, I would
Strongly recommend downloading the Geniune Nissan Service
Manual. You might find a Free Download on the WWW if you
search.
I know you are excited to be driveing Your 2016 Frontier.
So far I've had good luck with my '13. I do Recommend
useing a Geniune Nissan Oil Filter and probly best to
stay with Nissan's Recommended oil Viscosity. If you
don't have the Service Record's,, I would change out the
Coolant, Rear Axle Oil, and whatever other Oil
Reservoir's that a 4X4 has. When you check the Air
Filter make sure that all the Plastic Tab's get into
their Respective Slot's,, so that No Unfiltered Air will
bypass the Air Filter. Lot's of other thing's to think
about,, but those few came to mind right off.
Just remembered that there is a Specific procedure for
changeing out the Coolant that is in the Nissan Service
Manual ~ Following the Procedure will help to not have
Air Pocket's in the Coolant System. It's Easy,, but
Specific Step's to Follow.
Good Luck and I hope you enjoy your 2016. I think that
they are pretty good Truck's, but I don't think that
they'll stand much abuse over the long haul.
