do you have a good dealership, i'm begining to wonder about mine. last time i went they scratched my bumper  saw after i left. they got grease all over my mats. today top it all scaratced my bumber scrapted along siding spilled oil all over engine, drained all over front end graese on my floor mats, grime on door handles my truck stunk so bad 1 can of air freshner and some perfume next day it still stinks.i called the service manager he didn't take my call so i left one hell of a message, i' sure  issed off. they have always been so good to me but they have a pig or two.  so issed off i can only type right now. who ever worked and drove  my truck are going to hear from me. i have been more aware when the pulled my truck to the parking lot. instead of front drive were you wait, i was there to. now i see how stealerships get name like that, sneaky.

Yeah they can be rough, careless people sometimes.  I think because they service so many vehicles, they just lose interest in caring.  You also need to be aware (unfortantly) that they sit in your seat with their overalls on.

My dealer has taken steps to avoid such things.  I know most of the mechanics in there, and know all of the service managers.  The owner even recognizes me whenever I come in.  (For some reason he loves my Maxima)

Complain to the owner, and threaten business elsewhere.  Trust me, there's always someone else out there looking to make money, and will usually make more deals than a stealership anyway, expecially if it's a local business.  They rely on repeat business, and word of mouth advertisment.

Look at my local car stereo.  Mobile FX.  When they started, few knew about them.  They were kind of tucked away on the outskirts of the city.  But those of us who loved their work, and the good deals they gave, started spreading it around.  Heck, I brought in people that bought more stuff than I ever did.  But they recognized that, and gave me some really good deals.  Now, they're so busy, I can barely ever get my vehicles in.  (but they love how I work, I'm in no hurry to get mine back.  So they have all the time they need to get everything just right., perks of having 3 vehicles)

www.teammobilefx.com  check them out if you want.  I missed the day the Ferrari came over    They're redesigning the site, so it might be down.

from my past experiences;  Stealerships usually do their best and roll out the red carpet for you when you initially look at the vehicle, test drive, etc...but after buying the thing....and for whatever reason you take it in a few months down the road...yeah they can seriously care less -- your old new -- unless your in there to buy a new car.  the way of the world brotha..

well in canada ,every time you get any service done nissan sends you a letter asking how every thing was and the dealership calls a few days latter to ask if everything went ok.one time they scratched a rear corner of the box ,and fixed it then put in a hepa filter for free in the ac.

I remember mine kept sending the service notices.  I used to drive my Frontier so little, that they sent a notice for the 32,000 mile service, and hadn't even gone 19,000 miles yet.  The dealer even called to schedule an appointment, and I finaly had to tell them what was up.
