i'm trying to take the automatic tranny out of my 98
frontier 2 wd. cant get it down past the torsion bar
crossmember. do you have to pull engine and tranny
together? need help fast please.      dave.

The Nissan Service Manual for your Truck Probly has the
Procedure.
