Hey, I'm a new member on the site! Just got my 1999 Frontier XE Kingcab 4x4 V6 about a month ago, and I just love it. I want to do a few mods to it, including a Westin Ultimate Bull bar. I happened to find this one on amazon for about $38, but it's deceiving because it's titled as the License Plate relocator Kit, but the pic is of the bull bar. I've found this same item on another site listed correctly, but I'm wondering if I could possibly get the bull bar through this link or if they'll send me the plate relocator kit. Any ideas?

Westin Ultimate Bull Bar or License Relocator Kit??

If you do any off roading do not waste your money most if not all these "bull bars" are junk they kill your approach angles and cause more damage then they are worth

yeah i would have to agree there, my brother used to have one on a lifted explorer he owned and when he did some wheelin...he always removed it because it was in the way more than any protection it could provide, you'd be better off (if you plan on doing serious off-roading) getting a custom or replacement bumper for your fronty, just one man's opinion  look at www.4x4parts.com they have some stuff, but not sure if they have full bumpers

Thanks for the advice, though I'm not planning a lot of off-roading, my Frontier isn't up for it just yet. The bull bar for right now is just for looks. All I need is someone who knows if this specific product is the bull bar or the license relocator kit. The description, pic and everything besides the price and product title agree that it's the bull bar, but I need to be sure.

license plate relocator.  Actual bull bars would be around $300+  And according to Westin, they don't make one for the 99.  Just 01 and above.
