I replaced both manifold/cat with after market Magna flow. Big mistake.
They didn’t mate up properly. I’ve just recently purchased a Dorman
OEM direct replacement part. Right side ,no problems. Left side on the
other hand great install. Problem is the 02 sensor hole is too big.
Any ideas or other products that are OEM or direct fit w/ the correct
sized 02 hole?

You may need a "BUNG" which will screw into the manifold
and the sensor will then screw into the bung, a lot of
the older Nissans did this, the sensors did not screw
directly into the manifold.
