What are the brands of tires that you guys have on your Frontier LE?  Mine are General Grabber AW - they look cheap - maybe I'm wrong.  I would've expected something like the Goodyears like on my wifes '06 Murano.

What do you have?

  my 05 crewcab came supplied with the General Grabber Aw's and i think they are terrible.I've got 37k miles on mine and will be replacing them next week with Bridgestone Dueler Revo A/T's ($158 minus rebate ) from TireRack.com.My tires spin on dry pavement ! on Wet pavement i really have to ease away from a green light or they really spin.Winter here in NY state requires i put 300lbs of sandbags in the back over my tires.From what i hear about the Revo's i think i'll be alot better off.

The BFG Long Trails are known for their "Long Life" ,(likely a hard compound),not for their traction...

The Tire Rack site has GREAT reviews of most tires they sell, and the highest ranking on/off road tire in a size for the Frontier seems to be the Pirelli Scorpion ATR.

I will be replacing my Long Trails with the ATRs before the white stuff flies.

Mine spin easily in the wet with a 6 speed, I cannot imagine them in the snow!
