Dealership doesn't deal with tire warranty at all.  They send you to closest rep.  Look in the Tire warranty book if you don't believe me

BTW... I would look at your warranty info again.  I'm pretty sure you're still under the mileage for a manufacturer defect.  Which bubbles in the side wall are.  And it also might say if there are going to be any charges.

That's because GM dealerships are usually authorized dealers for the tires installed on their vehicles.

In that case, I would look at a set of BFGoodrich A/T Radials.  Or Bridgestone Duelers.

the 06 comes with Bf Goodrich Radial Long Trail T/A from nissan those tires if you go to www.bfgoodrich.com these tires have excellent tire ratings and the only problem i have with them are they hold big rocks because of the big grips they have and they tend to throw rocks.

The Long Trail ATs work really well on sand. I drive the beaches in Daytona almost daily and I've never gotten stuck, even towing dumb sedans out of the deep n soft.

By the way, I've heard you can't rotate tires on 4X4's since the rear tires wear faster (they drive all the time, fronts only drive in 4X4) and that minor difference in size will do horrible things to your transfer case.
