Greetings all!

I've got a 2005 Frontier XE (4 cyl) that I purchased new.  Been an excellent truck so far (just turned 90k miles.)

About two years ago I noticed a rattle/vibration from the plastic breather box on top of the engine when the motor is at low idle (in drive) around 700 rpm.  When the motor revs up the vibration/rattle goes away but when the engine settles back down like at a red light, it starts rattling again.

Dealership checked it out, said it wasn't doing any damage and it wasn't covered by the warranty (when less than 60k) so I held off of fixing it...it was just an inconvenience.

It's still annoying but I can't remember what they said the problem was... some kind of bushing underneath the breather box perhaps?  Sounds the the plastic breather box is vibrating on the valve cover.

Any ideas?  Any ideas on how I can fix this by maybe replacing a rubber bushing, etc?

Thanks,

Unkle Jethro.
