30 miles after I had the dealer replace my pinion seal for the third time, my
differential seized causing the pinion shaft to snap in two. Anybody ever
heard of such a catastrophic differential failure on a Frontier? Check out the
pix in my gallery.

Sounds like some one didn't know what they were doing!!
W/o knowing all the details, it looks like faulty
workmanship to me, either by improper installation of the
pinion nut or failure to refill the diff.
