I am trying to install a new radio in 2000 Frontier. It
worked fine when the wires were just twisted together,
however, once I soldered them, it quit working. Now when I
try to put the factory radio back in it won't turn on. The
back-lights turn on with the headlights, but the display
doesn't show anything.
Any advice for installing the new radio would be great, but
my main concern is getting the old one working again.
Thanks for any help you can give.

Fuses are good. I'm pretty sure I have the correct wiring,
I mean it worked before I soldered it...

Well I feel really dumb... I checked only checked the fuses
in the cab not realizing there was another under the hood.
Turns out the audio fuse was tripped. Replaced it and
everything works great! Thanks for all your help!!
