This only happens during cold weather conditions,When temp are 90 degrees or higher no problem.once it's 70 degrees or less at about 45-50 mph the front end vibrates so hard my steering wheel shakes and I had the front end ck'd nothing,replaced tires twice and had to replace the right front due to the vibration. The front passenger tire wear on outter thread due to vibration.Tires rotated and balanced every 5 thousand miles,Still no change.HELP!

maybe some kind of rubber thats freezing or bearings this is a toughy never heard of this
