How do you set the beam height of the front headlights on a 06 SA Frontier?

Its the same bulb for the low and high beams. so i doubt that there is a way to just adjust the height of the high beams...

Thanks, the manual only shows how to replace the bulbs, I will fiddle with the setting screws in any case.....just to be sure
