I have a 2004 supercharged Crew Cab 4x4 Frontier. Owned it since new and only have about 43,000 miles on it. I get a whistling wind noise at highway speeds. The noise is not overly loud but its loud enough to be annoying. I check to make sure the windows are fully closed. I cannot remember if this noise was present when the vehicle was new. Wondering if anyone else has this problem. Thanks.

Does it have a roof rack?

Yes. It has the factory roof rack with the plastic deflector. Never thought it could be the source of the noise. Will try removing it and see. Thanks.

Finally got a chance to remove the roof rack and get onto the highway. The wind noise is still there. Starts being noticeable around 70 to 75 mph. I cannot place where it is coming from.
