 Hello, I am new to the forum. Does anyone know where I can find a correct front bumper cover for a 2004 Nissan Frontier SC Crew cab? I have tried the dealer and several aftermarket companies to no avail. All of the new bumpers (new OEM included) have the fender flares pre-molded into them. This wouldn't be so bad except that they don't match up. The original flares are about 1 1/2 inches wider. Please help.

Have you try junkyard or ebay ? i found some from them and still looking other stuff !

I finally found a remanufactured one in Texas. This has been a crazy experience, and it actually cost me 2x what the one from the dealership did. When I did find one at a junkyard they wanted $250.00 for a cracked one.

Have you tried aftermarket like Ebay, or truck parts stores? Autozone had some on display..
