I know several members on this Forum are also members of NissanForums.com. The past couple days when I've tried to log on it's said it's been down for maintenance. This morning I was re-directed to AutoForums.com and there was a message stating they merged with NissanForums.com...

Well, I here to tell you that was a mistake! It took me like 20 minutes of trying just to get logged in again. I just kept getting connection refused dialog boxes popping up. When I did finally get on, it was horribly slow! A member had started a thread expressing his disappointment in the new Furum and the extreme slowness (even though they claim this merge would be better due to larger servers). I tried to post a reply, and the first post didn't show up, so I tried again and started getting Connection Refused messages again!

All I can say is they made a HUGE mistake switching to AutoForums.com! NissanForums.com used to be one of my favorite Frontier Forum, but it absolutely SUCKS now! It used to be one of the smoothest, fasted forums I visited, not any more! Unless they do some major tweaking, my interest in that forum will lapse very quickly!

Has anyone else tried to log onto it? Any luck? If you could get on, what were your impressions?

This Forum definately beats it hands down, I hope it never changes!
