Hey guys, Im a bit new to this website but im just posting it up here.
Names Marvin, came over from SocalTundras.com. I sold my tundra and decided to get a frontier. Smaller truck and will save me money on gas since commuting to school.  I just have a couple questions about the truck.

What are the usual tire sizes you guys run on your trucks?
Planning  on going LongTravel later on but for now what lift are you going for the front? I want a 3' lift up front or maybe smaller. What are you guys running?

Just a couple questions,
Thanks a lot in advance

Marvin, welcome!  Glad you joined the Frontier owners!

Me, I run stock size at 265/70R-16.  I use the truck to hunt and my offroad is wet and somewhat muddy fields, with winter travel on snowy roads.  With four wheel drive, I get along fine on just the OEM Long Trails but will be changing over to one of the Coopers in about a year.  To me, it was more important to skid plate the truckthan lifting it.  I run through fields and was more concerned about tree branches, etc puncturing the gas tank or a rock hitting the transfer case or tranny.

There are others on here who will respond who have done lifts, etc.  With oversize tires, be careful you don't oversdtress the gear sets in the diffs.
