my headlamps are aimed very low...so low in fact, I can drive around with the high beams on which is about the normal level of most headlamps that are on low beam...I see there is an 8mm nut on the back of the headlamp housing that I believe is for headlamp adjustment (height) am I looking at the adjustor for adjusting headlamp height ? Turns easy enough...how many turns will it take? moved it a quarter turn ...no difference that I could see... am I at the right place ? and if so do I adjust on low beam and then how many turns will it take ??? Thanks in advance, Bryon
this is an 07 Frontier Crew 4x4 SE

It usually takes quite a few turns to see a change. Find a wall to shine the lites on while turning the adjusters. At 25 feet, the center of the beam should be about 4 inches below the center line of the headlite assy.

Could you be more specific on the adjustment.
At 25' out how many inches from the ground should the center of the headlight beam be? Also are the right and left adjusted to the same height? Last is there a left to right adjustment?
Looked in the "manual" section but couldn't find anything.
Thanks
Alan

. At 25 feet, the center of the beam should be about 4
inches below the center line of the headlite assy. In other
words, with the vehicle level, measure the distant from the
ground to the center of the headlite lens, then make a mark
on a wall or garage door 4 inches below that distance, that
should be where the center of the beam hits on your wall or
whatever you are using.
