Are you installing aftermarket lights, or did you come across a set of factory lights?

I haven't seen any write ups for installing a set.  I have looked at doing it before when I still owned my frontier.  From what I remember seeing it should be as simple as removing the cover insert on the truck, mounting the new fog light assembly, hooking up the wiring that should be taped up nearby.  Then getting a new switch assembly for the dash.

The factory wiring should be there.  They found it cheaper to make one harness setup instead of a bunch of different ones for different models.

I would go to 4x4parts.com and check out their forum, they've been around longer than we have and i wouldn't doubt someone there has already done it.

thanks for the help, yea i have not taken my dash apart yet so im not sure if there is a harness there already, but the one that came with teh kit is fairly simple, there are a few wires that im not sure where they go or what they are for, i will post pictures of the harness today so you can all see what im talking about. its basically plug n play which is a no brainer.
