Personally, I have never worn out a clutch. The most I got out of one before selling my vehicle was 15 years and 165K, and it was mostly town driving too. Are you resting your foot on the clutch? Jackrabbit starts? Downshifting heavily?

..

The late model Jeep Wagoneers (1980 – 1991) Dana 44F axle is the front axle of choice for Frontier conversions. Some of these same Wagoneers have AMC diffs and some have D-44s in the rear. The Wagoneer leaf springs have been used in some installations with spring over and/or spring under conversions.

Have a good one while you can still laugh about it.. Don S..
