the model is 4wd and occurs during braking and sometimes can be heard just after breaking (while resuming speed) so i would not say during acceleration,it can also be heard while turning.all of this of course is at low speed it might happen at higher speed i just cant hear it.the dealer did the brake service which included new bads resurface rotors front and rear and brake fluid line flush.the service department sais the noise was drivline noise and or rocks in the wheels.i am not a mechanic but the noise sounds very similar to the noise a cv joints makes when its failing.thanks for your intrest and certainly any advice you might have

just to update it seems the problem or noise does not occur when 4wd is engaged so im thinking its more of a hub issue does anybody have suggestions or cost estimates?

so i took my truck back in to the dealer and had them check everthing out and they say its not in the brakes or hubs, they claim the noise is coming from the transfer case but have know idea what is causing this.so here is a new question has anybody heard of this problem, again its a cliccking noise that is heard when brakes are applied i would say moderate to hard at lower speeds, the clicking is in time with deceleration, again i have know idea what it is and unfortunately neither does the dealer, any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated
