I am having a problem with my blower,it is not working on any settings so i know it is not the resistor, plus i changed the resistor one year ago.I then removed the fan switch, and did not see any burn marks on the connector ,purchased a new switch and pluged it in and nothing,i also purchased a brand new blower motor, and pluged it in and still no dice.I also noticed that my A/C power switch is not working anymore,it used to click on even when the blower first stopped working.I did check all my fuses and blower relay, and they look fine.I am confused now,and do not want to take it to the dealer to get whacked with outrageous repair costs, any suggestions.

Did you try tapping on the blower motor with the ignition on and blower switch on? Sometime the brushes will get worn and stick not making contact untill the motor is tapped to dislodge them. There should be 12volts at the blue wire on the blower motor with the ignition on. It is possible that the motor is getting tired and drawing to many amps, thus burning out the resister and/or the switch. Check the fuses that refer to heater/ac, should be 2 of them,#19 and #24 , both 15 amp.< id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" ="">
