So My 2006 Frontier was running fine yesterday,

now this morning it started great.

a couple of minutes laterit stalled. and thats is.

When I crank it, it catches a piston every once in a while but no start.

has Anyone encountered this problem before?

MAF is Plugged in, so is the TPS.

The Fuel Pump is pumping( I can Hear it)

And My OBDII scanner gets no codes either.

Much thanks

Possible you have a frozen gas line.  Can you get it into a warm garage overnight?

Where are you?? How many miles on truck?? Try unplugging the ABS control unit to see if it will start(believe it or not, this has been an issue). Possible defective IPDM E/R, BCM , poor contacts @ engine grounds, etc. etc.< id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" ="">

So AAA picked up the truck, My personal Diagnosis was no spark...

This basically happened overnight.. regular driving and the next day the truck started then shut off. then no more luck...

the truck has 60k on the odo, has regular services done to it.

the Service Advisor from Cerritos Nissan told me is an ECU.

$400+ later and my truck is back.. does it make sense?

# 1 ECU's are a lot more than $400. #2 ECU's are covered for 8yrs/80,000 miles. Are you sure it was the ECU and not the IPDM/ER or the ABS control unit?< id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" ="">

ECU is around $695.00

gyver - Do you mind detaling some of your symptoms? I've got an 05 that
started doing the following

50/50 engine cranks fine, then driving dwon the road Service Engine light
comes on and you can't give ita ny gas. The engine doens't shut off and will
continue to stay on albeit rough while your in park. It's almost like its
dieseling. If you try and put it in gear it will then go dead. You can start it
backup but your in same position. If you let it set a while it may crank fine
and drive just fine.

Thanks in advance
