Is there any way to disable the keyless remote by pulling a fuse????that wont effect other systems....or does the remote reciever have it's own fuse? if so ,where would that be located??       also can the frequencies of the remotes and reciever be changed?  it is a 04 crewcab   thanks .................sdk3

If you reprogram the one you have, it will erase the memory of all the other ones. Get in the vehicle, lock the doors, insert key into ignition 6 times within 5 secs(or until the flashers flash), turn ignition to acc., push any button on remote, turn ign off, unlock and open door. If you purchase another remote and want to program it, start from the beginning, after the first remote, unlock and re-lock door, push any button on second remote, etc. etc.

You are being paranoid!!!! Once you reprogram any remotes, it erases all prior remotes. If you find the lost remote ,you can reprogram it with the other ones all at the same time.
