Its been a while since I've been on here but I'm back for
some help.
My '04 has a strange noise that comes from the brake
pedal...but only sometimes. It happens when I'm driving
in heavy traffic going on and off the brake a lot. After
a few minutes of driving like that the pedal will start
making a sound when I let off of it. It sounds like a
growl or a fart. I know thats not technical lingo but
thats what it sounds like  . Then after driving a
wile longer on open road or having the truck off for a
few hours, the noise disappears.
I've checked the fluid level...its ok. The pedal is not spongy or goes to the floor ever, and my breaks don't
squeak.
Any ideas??
