Just ripped off the front right brake flex line and a bunch of lights came on my dash. Will these reset after I have fixed the brake hose or am I going to have to bring it to the dealer? I heard something about resetting a proportional valve?

it all depends upon if you have ABS or not.  In a standard brake system a regular bleed would be the only thing you would need to do.  But with ABS, there is a certain sequence that would have to be done when bleeding, then possibly have the codes cleared.

Bleeding the proporting valve is usually only needed when you replace a part or hose between it and the Master cylinder.  As it's need to get the air out before the valve.
