There are no real significant changes from '07 to '09 other than:

• '09 is called the PRO-4X rather than NISMO (not a good change in my opinion).
• Cosmetic changes to the bumpers (they now match the color of the truck), interior middle dash and color of the guages.
• The now available options of the Bluetooth with the technology package, and the iPod control.
• The now available options of specially trimmed PRO-4X leather seats and heated seats.

Otherwise the motor, underpinnings and capability remain the same.

My '07 is optioned out with the excpetion of the side curtain airbags (which I did want).  The only things I would want on it now would be the iPod control (which I think you can get aftermarket), heated seats (though I wouldn't want leather), heated mirrors (which I don't think are an option, but every car made should have them) and an exterior temperature guage.  16K miles is pretty good for an '07 as mine is approaching 30K.  My truck is approaching 2 years old and no issues.  Best of luck!

yep, the two details that i wish was there is not, ipod control and external temperature. i even checked the 09 se model with the conveniece package and they too are missing the aux input. i am also a bit surprised on how basic the 09 interior dash looks - real primitive in my opinion at least compared to my wife's pathfinder and a titan i had last year.
