Greetings guys and gals... just picked up my first Nissan anything (06' Frontier LE Crew) and really like the truck right now. I'm trying to figure out what my rear end gear ration is... is it 3.33?? Doesn't seem right but that's what I'm running accross. Thanks in advance!

yes your right also its a nissan built rearend 7.6 or 7.8 somthing ring gear 31 or 33 spline axle

Thanks Danny... appreciate the quick reply! For some reason I thought these trucks would come wtih something more on the line of a 3.55 or 3.73 with the tow rating they have...

One other question....

Does anyone know is the ca33 would have limited slip? Or what do Nissans have? Thanks again!

not on the 05 and newer frontiers. the older ca axle does but they are 29 spline axels. but if enough people call or e mail places like Randys gear or persion gear maybe somthing could happen right now from what I`VE heard is detriot locker is working with the D44 NISMO rear. From what I have seen that D44 needs all the help it can get
