I hav 02 frontier crew cab  2wd and no cold air I have found a hose from the compressor to the intercooler that hose as a green oily mix sprayed out of the crimp . How would i start replaceing it?

Take it to someone w/ the proper equipment and knowledge of a/c systems.

 A/C technicians retrieve the R-134 that’s still in your system. R-134 is no better for the environment that the old R-12 was! Your R-134 is filtered and stored while your A/C system is repaired then reinstalled plus enough new to fill the system up.  

The system also has to be evacuated to remove moisture before refilling. Do you have a good strong vacuum pump?  

Have a good one while you can still laugh about it.. Don S..

It would be nice if our members would add their vehicle information to their signature (similar to mine) plus add their City and State. A member in the same town might be willing to drop by and help you with a problem. Or drink all your beer!
