I am looking for some aggressive tires for a 15x7 nissan rim. It goes on a 99 nissan 4x4 standard.   What is max size i can put on stock suspension? Or type of tire? Link or tire names would be appreciated. Thanks-- BeAr

I believe a 31" is the biggest you can go on a stock suspension...  Don't qoute me on that though.

How aggressive are you looking to go?  Because you can get everything from a All Terrian to some completely hardcore offroaders.  And those do everything from mud specific, to rock crawling, trails, and sand.

..

Bear;

I run BFG ATs 31x10.50x 15. You can get a good deal at Costco. I cranked the torsion bars for a 5/8th inch in front and one inch lift blocks from Pep Boys in the rear. You need more clearance for the rear when off-roading a pick up truck. I removed the bumper for even more clearance and assembled a class three hitch to protect the rear sheet metal.

Large tires will screw up your 4x4 crawl ratio.

Have a good one and see you later… Don S..

It would be nice if our members would add their vehicle information to their signature (similar to mine) plus add their City and State .

A member in the same town might be willing to drop by and help you with a problem. Or drink all your beer! One took my wife!... J/K
