I put one inch lift blocks on the rear and cranked the torsion bars for a 5/8 th inch lift in the front when my truck was new. I still like it.

... If you do the rear only it will just look like your going down hill and your headlights will be aimed lower. But park it facing up-hill and it will be cool!...
