Hi, I'm installing a new hitch and I can't seem to find the sub- harness to plug the relay jumper into. The instructions say it is behind the kick plate and taped to the bracket. It doesn't say which bracket and I can't locate it ..any help for a newbie would be appreciated! Thanks, Larry
