On the highway with OEM (stock) size tires with real regular unleaded our ’99 4x4 3.3 V-6 got 24-25mpg. Now with 10% Ethanol regular unleaded 20-22mpg. Ethanol reduces fuel mileage and attracts water in the storage tanks which farther reduces the power/fuel mileage

Laws such as the use of corn ethanol are driving up the cost of living (have you been to the grocery store lately) without driving up wages. This equates to a lower standard of living thanks to Agro-lobbyists and corrupt and ill-informed lawmakers
