Last time I checked they would not put a manual with a v-8 due to the fact that not enough people want to drive a stick so they won't spend the money to build a stick tough enough for the v-8. I tried to buy a toyota that way  but no stick and v-8 together  they told me.  Ask them maybe its changed

 I do have a 07 v6 frontier with a 6 speed.  Reverse is a little getting used to but the rest is ok  I only like driving sticks, more versatility
