Does anyone know what performance parts would work best for a 3.3 without adding noise?Also, Do turbos and s/c's change mpg much?

A supercharger or turbo will cost you some mpg's and make noise. Also a turbo or supercharger may require the use of super unleaded. I would say, since they both make the engine rev higher, faster and since when you do performace mods you usally use them, they'll cost you about 4-5 mpg's.

If you want power with out any noise, get a chip. A k&n cold air intake will make it sound more aggesive when you floor it.
