Yes, have had it installed for the last year, torque is reduced but top end is improved. Sounds good, when i first had it installed it was a bit loud and either i became used to it or the muffler "broke in"

Either way, i wouldnt trade it for another exaust. Two of my friends have a nismo like mine with a Gibson. i prefer banks

Motor is softer up till about 2800RPMS then can feel the difference in HP.

Volant is a complete sealed box that gets air from the fender, there is a ram air scoops that faces forward, you just have to remove the radiator shroud (only a small side portion that wont affect the air over the radiator)  which is a pain because the front facia of the truck has to be removed. All in all an excellent design in my opinion and fairly easy to install

not really sure.... i could measure it if you really needed to know. its about the same size as the stock muffler. Bolts up perfectly and has no movement that i have seen with the Gibson. BTW gas mileage has increased by at least 3-6MPG on the freeway more like 7MPG. For the first month you might not notice the gas mileage increase because your always going to have your foot in it, it does sound good.

CAI- The grill needs to come off in order for proper installation so that you can remove the piece of plastic shroud, but goes back on.

BANKS- You do not need to weld, its complete bolt on. I did have a local muffler shop tac weld the locations to secure it but was told you dont need to, i did because i off road a lot and wanted to make sure it was secured at clamp locations. I didnt do the install. I had the local shop in Big Bear install and i was under truck the entire time. i dont have a garage and there was too much snow to crawl on the ground. Install took 30 minutes
