As far ascleaning windows goes, use Stoners.  i is generally available at car parts stores.  It contains no detergents or soaps that leaves streaks and does an amazing job of leaving streak free windows (providing you don't use a cloth or paper towel that does).   Stoners is, I think, a cvery dilute emulsion of a high vapor pressure hydrocarbon in water.  The hydrocarbon pulls grease into the rtowel and then flashes away.

I would just clean the plastic surfaces with a mild cleaner like 409 or Simple Green and forget the silicone coating.

For the interior plastic I use Liquid Ice. I applied it about a year and a half ago and my plastic still looks brand new. I just wipe off the dust with a micro fiber towel and that’s all. What is nice about the Liquid Ice is it protects the plastic from scrapes and scratches because it is a Wax. It also stops any fading. As for windows I use this spray that I get from Target called Sprayway Glass Cleaner. It has no chemical and goes on in a thick foam kind of like shaving cream and it only costs like $1.99 a can. Smells good too.

Armor All is garbage.

Stoner Invisible Glass for the windows and Meguiars Quick Interior Detailer for the dash and door panels.  Will always look like new.
