If you google "nissan offroad" you will get a result for nissanoffroad.net and look at "how to guides" (it will show a drop-down menu when you put your mouse pointer on it) and then scroll to frontier/xterra and it will bring up another menu and then torsion bar adjust will be the first one on there. READ THE WARNINGS and disclaimers, as changing the torsion bars can have some sideeffects on your ride, alignment, suspension. other members can give you better idea, but as far as i've read 1-2" you should be safe especially if you are only going to be on-road and light offroading, but still some things to consider about this method to gain a little ride height. good luck
