I want to keep the same 265 size tire.  But, I want better overall traction, ride, and handling with good snow traction.  Tell me some brands and models you have had good luck with and recommend.

I'm 80% on-road, and 20% off-road.  Mostly hauling logs out of the woods in muddy conditions.

I'm not looking for super aggressive off-road tires.

THANKS!!

Duker, I just came from a Chevy that i owned for 10 years to a Nissan Frontier.  The Chevy was a 97 Z71 4 wheel drive.  I consistently used BF Goodrich All Terrains on it.  I hunt in the mountains of Pa. and never had a problem in deep snow or on muddy roads.  They got me many places with nop problems and the road noise was very low for the type of tread.   They certainly always have my vote.

The Nissan has Goodrich tires with a less agressive tread.  I know when they are worn, I'll change to the All Terrain.
