I am planning on purchasing AC’s 1.5” rear lift shackles for my 99 Frontier. I know that to match this I will adjust the torsion bars. Correct me if I’m wrong, but as I understand it I won’t need new front or rear shocks for this small lift. My question is this… with only a 1.5” lift, will I need to get the front end aligned or will this not be a big enough change to affect it? Thanks.

The general rule of thumb is when ever you do something to the suspension, get it aligned.

Now, because you are only adjusting the torsion bars and nothing else on the front end.  You could get away without it.  But I'd get one done just to be on the safe side.
