Check engine light is on. It's Code P0420, Catalyst system Efficiency Below Threshold, (bank one). But the levels of HC and co2 passed and were very low. I failed because of the light. It's a 2001 XE 4 cylinder auto with about 108000 miles. There are some small leaks in the welds between the o2 sensor and the cat. I also can't find the Bank one o2 sensor in the FSM....Any help would be greatly appreciated

You only have a 4 cylinder so you only have one bank. the 1 sensor is before the catalyst, and the 2 sensor is after the catalyst or catalytic convertor.
