I was in an accident several years ago with my frontier that caused severe front end damage.  After getting it back from the shop, its never been the same.   1.The front right, passenger side, sits a little lower then the driver side.  2. When going over bumps, at higher speeds, sounds like the front end is falling out of the truck.  3.  Steering wheel is slight off center.  The front tires seem to wear uneven even after having front end allignment.  My first thought were that the frame may have been bent from collision, but seems thought the shop, and when front end was allighned mechanics would have noticed.  Any thoughts as to what may be causing these problems.  I have no doubt the shop that worked on my truck did crappy work, and probably cut corners in the repair.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

..

cgrivois;

Welcome to the group and sorry to hear of the wreck.

... Some used car appraisers are good at spotting frame problems and some ‘ain’t’. A good front end man should be able to get your Frontier back in shape. I have a friend at S&H garage in Arlington Texas that can fix it.  Some of those problems I’d be able to fix in my driveway. So where are you at? And Good Luck!

Have a good one while you can still laugh about it.. Don S..

If something I’ve posted on the Internet offends you please ignore it. If you don’t know how to ignore something on the Internet e-mail me … and I’ll demonstrate

Im do have some mechanical ability so I would like to fix what I can in the driveway.  Just seems as though if the frame was bent they would have noticed it when I had the allignment done.  I live in SC but Im currently in Iraq, so Im realy just doing a little research.  Ill be home next week for mid tour leave and Ill look at it then.  Thanks for the help.
