Thought I'd share my rxperience.
Came from the dealer last week for my passenger window failure and was informed that the window regulator recall(?) was actually a warranty extension. Called nissan usa and they confirmed that it is a warranty issue and was told to check nissanusa website for actual recalls. Unfortunately my warranty expired last fall and dealer was asking $500.00 for repair, I said no thanks for now as long as it's closed.
Nissanhelp.com had it categorized under recalls and the title of the document is "Voluntary Service Campaign, Window Regulator" (please see links below) and no mention of warranty extension. I'm confused between recall and voluntary service campaign. As I understand it, there is no expiration on recalls (or is there?).
