I have a Frontier '07 SE Crewcab bought it new.  The problem I have is that when I drive at 60+ mph, it just merges left and right on the straight street/highway.  However, it doesn't do that on the curved street/highway.  It sounds to me that the steering wheel or the front-end doens't get aligned right.  I brought it back to the dealer, the first time, they said it was because of the low pressure in front tires.  Nothing else was checked.  It wasn't fixed.  I brought it back the second time, they said it just the way it is.  Nothing was fixed either.  This causes my left arm hurts because I have to hold the steering wheel to keep the truck straight.

I know that it's not the way it is because I drove a few more Frontier SE CC '07 and they don't do what my truck does.  Customer service called me and asked me how I felt about the service, I rated them all POOR.  The next day, one of the guys from service center called me to follow-up on the problem.  I told him that I wasn't sastified with the truck and I'm just about to call NissanUSA to file a complaint due to that according to the Lemon Law.  However I'll bring it in again today for the third time and that's it.  I'll file if it's not fixed.

Is it just me or someone else outthere has the same problem?  Your reply is greatly appreciated.

And furthermore, the front seems really light when it goes into street bumps.

I'm just pissed, cuz.  And as far as I'm reading the post, I'm writing the parts down so I can talk to the guy at service center. 

BTW, to add to my other post, he (guess that he is service marine manager) told me that even though my Frontier seems normal, he noticed the truck pulls left and right on highway.  But when I asked him what can be done to fix that, he ignored my question.  And my truck is barely 3K miles.

Interesting post!  I traded in my 05 NISMO CC 3 weeks ago for an 07 Nismo CC because of the issues I was starting to have with it.  Bearing noises, body squeaks and engine noises.

I just noticed a day or 2 ago that the 07 will take off to the left if I let go of the steering wheel on the highway.  I know, I know, don't let go!   But you  know what I mean.  I plan to take it to the local tire shop that does my alignments to have them check it out.  At least they will warranty the alignment, so if I have to come back, I won't have to pay.

My local Nissan dealer is a pain in the ass to deal with unless it is a standard oil change!  I love the truck but the customer service stinks!

If I lived closer, I would go back to the dealership I bought it at, as they were awesome at both the sales side and the service!  But it's 40 miles away.

I bought a 06 CC Frontier last August, 6spd, loved the truck.  I didn't drive it much, in fact, until my dad got sick a couple of  months ago and I started to drive it down to see him, it only had about 3000 miles on it.  My son moved to KC for residency last week and I went down to help him.  Last thursday morning I heard a noise in the front end, sounded like a wheel bearing.  I took it to the dealer close by and they told me the wheel bearing was going out and I needed a new one.  Only trouble, with Memorial Day weekend, they told me there wasn't a bearing within 650 miles.  They also told me that I could drive it home, no problem.  This made me skeptical, but I called I two other dealers, one here in Lincoln and the other in Omaha and asked them.  They both told me there shouldn't be a problem in getting it back to Lincoln.  The KC dealer even ordered a bearing and had it shipped to Lincoln for me.

Problem occured about 75 miles north of KC on the interstate at 65 mph.  The front wheel fell off and rolled down the road ahead of me.  I was lucky, we weren't hurt and thank god no one else was either.  Can't say that for the truck.  Front fender, hood, front bumper, both door skins etc, plus the damage to the part that drug and gouged into the concrete.

I had it towed to the dealer and to my surprise and happiness they accepted full responsibility!  The gave me a rental to drive no charge and offered to fix my truck up better than new.  I elected to trade for a new one, since my "old" one only had 7452 miles on it and I don't think that I would be happy with it ever again. 

I took possession of a new 07 white CC 4x4 with another 6 spd last night.  I didn't even get a chance to drive it, just pulled it into the garage.  I will test drive tomorrow.

So far, I can't say enough about the dealership, they were compassionate, fair and very honest.

Just an observation, but unless they gave you a new 07' for free?  You let them off really easy!  And not only that, you put money in their pockets!

I know, it's not in most "decent" folks nature to bring a lawsuit, but you could easily have been in the hospital with no vehicle at all!  Or worse!  After having that dealership and two others tell you the truck was ok to drive.  And they know it!!!!

Definitely glad to hear everyone was ok after the accident. Best of luck with your 07'.  So far, I love mine.  Guess I have to change my username now.
