2006 Frontier 2 wheel drive 4L V6
150,000 miles. When should I consider replacing the wheel
bearings? I drive +1500 miles per month in my sales job in
rural areas and am trying to prevent any breakdowns.

When they become noisy and/or loose. You might want to
check them periodically due to the fact I have seen them
loose w/ no noise.
