If you put new belts on and it's still squeals at start up
then I'd start looking at the pulleys themselves. Easiest
way is to remove the belt and try to spin some of them by
hand. Listen and see if any of them sound like they're
grinding. Obviously you can't rotate the crank, and the
power steering probably won't budge. I've found it's
usually the idler or tensioner that's worn out.
