Montana is unrestricted, Dakotas are restricted. Though I believe montana started putting signs on

don't qoute me on that though. I know that the federal government wouldn't give them any funding for roads because they didn't post a speed limit. Because of that, the roads kinda sucked up there.

thats an awesome drive, did it in my dads corvette right after i graduated from highschool. dropped the top and cruised it for 4 days.

Well here in Hawaii it may be small on most of the islands and very un-scenic like, but take a look at some of the small highways on the Big Island of Hawaii.

This takes you to Southpoint on the Big Island which is the southern most tip of the whole United States.

This little highway runs through the Volcanoes National Park on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Here is a coastal highway 11 on the southeastern side of the Big Island of Highway.
